That was a good one, I see all that stuff whenever I play a video game. I was playing some older game Unreal Tournament 2004 and its full of evil eyes and monoliths. You can even make a whole team of egyptians, or other strange things.
When you see Dr. Jekyll represented with one eye red or whatever – everyone knows it means he is half evil/possessed. Why would you think it meant something different when you saw it somewhere else? People pick and choose when they want to notice symbolism. If Dr. Jekyll flipped you the bird and then you saw sonic the hedgehog flip you the bird – would it mean the same thing to you?

The single eye design is used in packaging because it’s aesthetically pleasing. It has nothing to do with devil worship or whatever.
